为了降低机床等待过程中的能耗,提出了一种实时数据驱动的机床等待时间预测与节能控制方法。首先,建立了射频识别驱动的生产进度评估方法,并以生产进度数据作为输入,构建了基于堆栈降噪自编码的机床等待时间预测模型;其次,依据预测的机床等待时间,提出了机床状态切换方法,以降低机床能耗;最后,通过一个电梯零部件制造车间的案例分析,表明该方法的预测误差仅为4.1%,同时将机床等待过程能耗降低了57%,实现了制造车间的节能减排。  相似文献

As an essential part of hydraulic transmission systems, hydraulic piston pumps have a significant role in many state-of-the-art industries. Thus, it is important to implement accurate and effective fault diagnosis of hydraulic piston pumps. Owing to the heavy reliance of shallow machine learning models on the expertise and experience of engineers, fault diagnosis based on deep models has attracted significant attention from academia and industry. To construct a deep model with good performance, it is necessary and challenging to tune the hyperparameters (HPs). Since many existing methods focus on manual tuning and use common search algorithms, it is meaningful to explore more intelligent algorithms that can automatically optimize the HPs. In this paper, Bayesian optimization (BO) is employed for adaptive HP learning, and an improved convolutional neural network (CNN) is established for fault feature extraction and classification in a hydraulic piston pump. First, acoustic signals are transformed into time–frequency distributions by a continuous wavelet transform. Second, a preliminary CNN model is built by setting initial HPs. The range of each HP to be optimized is identified. Third, BO is employed to select the optimal combination of HPs. An improved model called CNN-BO is constructed. Finally, the diagnostic efficiency of CNN-BO is analyzed using a confusion matrix and t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding. The classification performance of different models is compared. It is found that CNN-BO has a higher accuracy and better robustness in fault diagnosis for a hydraulic piston pump. This research will provide a basis for ensuring the reliability and safety of the hydraulic pump.  相似文献

Due to the limitations of single index analysis, the merits and demerits of microwave-assisted permeation process cannot be comprehensively evaluated. However, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was applied to optimize the conditions of microwave-assisted diffusion of sugar in blackberry. In this paper, the results of a single-factor experiment were compared with blackberry preserved after the treatment of microwave. An orthogonal rotation test procedure was designed to calculate the composite score of preserved blackberry fruit using AHP, and to determine the optimum processing conditions based on sugar osmosis characteristics. The results showed that the sugar content, vitamin C (VC) content, and color difference of treated blackberry increased with the increase of microwave power, the residence time, and the resulting sugar concentration. The composite grade points are listed to show that the optimum results were as follows: power level, the residence time, and the sugar concentration were, respectively, 210?W, 12?min, and 35%.  相似文献

High frequency RFID sensors are attractive in diverse applications where sensor performance is required at a low cost and dimension restriction. An approach adapting commercial passive 13.56 MHz RFID tags has been developed for sensing corrosion stage. This investigation includes balance of sensing and positioning of RFID sensors for corrosion detection by analysing real and imaginary parts of the complex impedance. With passive HF RFID sensors, real part and imaginary part of complex impedance have been extracted from the reader coil with VNA (vector network analyser) and delivering a unique capability for corrosion sensing with different atmospheric exposure time steel samples (1 month, 6 months, 10 months and 12 months). With different positioning (5–25 mm), features extraction based on the complex impedance with PCA (principal component analysis) has been designed for position-independent corrosion evaluation.  相似文献

Due to shrinking feature sizes in integrated circuits, additional reliability effects have to be considered which influence the functionality of the system. These effects can either result from the manufacturing process or external influences during the lifetime such as radiation and temperature. Additionally, modern technology nodes are affected by time-dependent degradation i.e. aging.Due to the age-dependent degradation of a circuit, processes on the atomic scale of the semiconductor material lead to charges in the oxide silicon interface of CMOS devices, altering the performance parameters of the device and subsequently the behavior of the circuit. With the continuous downscaling of modern semiconductor technologies, the impact of these atomic scale processes affecting the overall system characteristics becomes more and more critical. Therefore, aging effects need to be assessed during the design phase and actions have to be taken guaranteeing the correct system functionality throughout a system's lifetime.This work presents methods to investigate the influence of age-dependent degradation as well as process-variability on different levels. An operating-point dependent sizing methodology based on the gm/ID-method extended to incorporate aging, which aims at developing aging-resistent circuits is presented. Additionally, the sensitivity of circuit performances in regard to aging can be determined. In order to investigate the reliability of a complex system on behavioral level, a modeling method to represent the performance of system components in dependence of aging and process variability is introduced.  相似文献

The quality of wheat flour is largely determined by the properties of gluten proteins. Chemical components that influence gluten proteins are used as flour improvers in the flour industry. In this study, tannins which are natural occurring polyphenols were found to improve dough mixing properties. The effects of tannins on the physicochemical and structural properties of gluten proteins were examined, and the results showed that tannins promoted the non-covalent interactions among gluten proteins, although they induced SH/SS interchange reactions in the dough. The β-turn and α-helix conformations were increased, whereas the β-sheet conformation was decreased in dough containing tannins as detected by FTIR. Moreover, the addition of tannins promoted the aggregation of gluten proteins, modified the microstructure of gluten networks, and improved the mixing properties. The positive effects of tannins on dough properties implied the potential of tannins as a new flour improver.  相似文献

To understand the effects of shape, size and property changes in a spherical sample during microwave drying, a fundamentals-based coupled electromagnetics and multiphase porous media model is developed and associated experimental details are described. Microwave drying of different sized spheres is carried out in a domestic microwave oven operating at 10% power level. Maxwell's equations for electromagnetics are solved inside a three dimensional (3D) microwave oven to obtain the electric field distribution inside the oven cavity and the spheres. The drying samples are treated as a porous media consisting of three phases: solid (skeleton), liquid (water) and gas (water vapor and air). Modes of transport for the fluid phases include capillary flow, binary diffusion between vapor and air, gas pressure driven flow and phase change between liquid water and vapor which is spatially distributed. An elaborate experimental system comprising of infrared camera, optical fiber probe and digital balance is built to validate the model in terms of temperature distribution, point temperatures, gas pressure generation and moisture loss from the samples at different times during the drying process. Results, validation, sensitivity analysis and “what-if” scenarios are presented in the companion paper. The work together would provide tremendous benefits when designing and developing microwave drying processes and products through a novel synergy between physics-based modeling and detailed experimentation.  相似文献

扭矩限制器是风力发电机组中用于过载保护的关键部件,但目前对其打滑扭矩、疲劳寿命等性能的测试存在流程复杂、自动化程度低、功能单一等缺点,为此设计了一种风电扭矩限制器性能测控系统。根据测控系统的功能要求,首先进行了硬件结构设计,选用PLC为下位机主控单元,工控机作为上位机管理及监控单元。随后采用组态软件设计了人机交互界面,并编写PLC控制程序,实现了对测控系统的控制和管理。经过现场应用证明,该测控系统具有运行稳定、方便快捷的特点,能够满足扭矩限制器的测试要求。  相似文献

Thermal simulations of electronic systems usually are carried out employing linear models whose element values do not depend on temperature. The hypothesis on system linearity can be verified in practice by the summation of measured heating and cooling curves. When a considered problem is linear, at all time instants the curves always add up to the straight line corresponding to the steady state temperature value.However, the experiments carried out for a natural convection cooled power device with a heat sink showed that the temperature dependence of the heat transfer coefficient results in the appearance of a characteristic hump in this curve. A simple analytical model was developed here to predict the location of this extremum. The analyses presented in this paper are valid when the thermal time constant reflecting the thermal capacitance of a heat sink and the heat exchange with ambient is dominant.  相似文献
